Kullanım Koşulları

Bu koşullar, Stuxio uygulaması ve stuxio.net web sitesinin kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmetin tanımı
Stuxio; çalışma alanı, görev, odak kronometresi ve çalışma istatistikleri sunan bir üretkenlik uygulamasıdır. Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur ve zaman içinde özellikleri değişebilir.
2. Hesap
- Hesap oluşturmak için geçerli bir e-posta adresi gerekir.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin ve şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızda gerçekleşen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz; yetkisiz bir kullanım fark ederseniz bize bildirin.
- Bir hesap aynı anda bir telefon ve bir masaüstü cihazında açık kalabilir. Aynı türden ikinci bir cihazdan giriş yapıldığında önceki oturum sonlandırılabilir.
- Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz: Hesap ve veri silme.
3. Kabul edilmeyen kullanım
- Hizmete, sunuculara veya diğer kullanıcıların verilerine yetkisiz erişim denemesi
- Otomatik araçlarla aşırı istek göndermek veya hizmeti kasıtlı olarak yormak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, kopyalamaya veya izinsiz dağıtmaya çalışmak
- Yürürlükteki mevzuata aykırı her türlü kullanım
Bu kurallara aykırı kullanım tespit edilirse hesabınız askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
4. Ücretsiz plan ve Premium
Stuxio'nun ücretsiz bir planı vardır ve süre sınırı yoktur. Premium abonelik, ücretsiz plandaki sınırları (çalışma alanı ve görev sayısı, istatistik aralıkları, çevrimdışı düzenleme, masaüstü erişimi) kaldırır. Güncel özellik farkları uygulama içindeki abonelik ekranında ve ana sayfada gösterilir.
5. Satın alma, yenileme ve iptal
- Premium abonelik Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme işlemi ilgili mağaza tarafından yürütülür; kart bilgileriniz bize iletilmez.
- Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir.
- İptal işlemi mağaza hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından yapılır. Uygulamayı silmek veya hesabı kapatmak aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir ve mağaza üzerinden yapılır.
- Fiyat değişikliği olması hâlinde yürürlüğe girmeden önce bilgilendirilirsiniz.
6. İçeriğiniz
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz ders, görev ve çalışma kayıtları size aittir. Bu içerik üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmiyoruz; yalnızca hizmeti size sunabilmek için gereken ölçüde işleriz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası).
7. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve veri
Kesintisiz hizmet garanti edilmez; bakım, altyapı arızası veya üçüncü taraf sağlayıcılardan kaynaklanan kesintiler olabilir. Verilerinizi korumak için makul teknik önlemler alınır, ancak veri kaybına karşı mutlak bir garanti verilemez. Sizin için kritik kayıtların ayrı bir yedeğini tutmanızı öneririz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Uygulama, yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Stuxio; dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından veya veri kaybından, mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde sorumlu tutulamaz. Bu koşullar, tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
9. Fikri mülkiyet
Stuxio adı, logosu, arayüz tasarımı ve yazılımı üzerindeki haklar saklıdır. Bu koşullar size yalnızca uygulamayı kişisel olarak kullanma hakkı verir; devredilemez ve münhasır değildir.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden veya e-posta ile bilgilendirilirsiniz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatını taşıyan kullanıcıların, bulundukları ülkenin tüketici mevzuatından doğan hakları saklıdır.

These terms govern the use of the Stuxio application and the stuxio.net website. By downloading or using the app you accept them.
1. The service
Stuxio is a productivity app offering workspaces, tasks, a focus timer and study statistics. The service is provided “as is” and its features may change over time.
2. Your account
- A valid email address is required to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us if you notice unauthorised use.
- One account may be signed in on one phone and one desktop at the same time. Signing in from a second device of the same kind may end the previous session.
- You can delete your account at any time: Account and data deletion.
3. Unacceptable use
- Attempting unauthorised access to the service, its servers or other users' data
- Sending excessive automated requests or deliberately straining the service
- Reverse engineering, copying or redistributing the app without permission
- Any use that breaches applicable law
Accounts breaching these rules may be suspended or closed.
4. Free plan and Premium
Stuxio has a free plan with no time limit. A Premium subscription removes the free plan's limits (number of workspaces and tasks, statistics ranges, offline editing, desktop access). Current differences are shown on the subscription screen in the app and on the home page.
5. Purchases, renewal and cancellation
- Premium is purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled by that store; your card details never reach us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation is done in your store account's subscription settings. Deleting the app or closing your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds follow the relevant store's refund policy and are requested through the store.
- You will be informed of any price change before it takes effect.
6. Your content
The subjects, tasks and study records you enter belong to you. We claim no ownership over them and process them only as needed to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Availability and data
Uninterrupted service is not guaranteed; maintenance, infrastructure faults or third-party outages may occur. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot give an absolute guarantee against data loss. Keep a separate backup of records that are critical to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”. Stuxio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
9. Intellectual property
Rights in the Stuxio name, logo, interface design and software are reserved. These terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app personally.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. For significant changes you will be notified in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers retain the rights granted by the consumer law of their own country.
