Hesap ve veri silme

Stuxio hesabınızı ve hesabınıza bağlı verileri istediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. İki yol vardır; ikisi de aynı sonucu verir.
Yol 1 — Uygulama içinden (önerilen, anında)
- Stuxio uygulamasını açın ve hesabınıza giriş yapın.
- Üst çubuktaki ayarlar (⚙) simgesine dokunun.
- Ayarlar ekranının en üstündeki profil kartına dokunarak Profilim sayfasını açın.
- Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı Sil bölümünde Hesabımı Sil düğmesine dokunun.
- Açılan uyarıyı okuyup işlemi onaylayın.
Onayladığınız anda hesabınız ve içerik verileriniz silinir, uygulama sizi giriş ekranına döndürür. İşlem geri alınamaz.
Yol 2 — E-posta ile talep
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız (örneğin uygulamayı kaldırdıysanız veya giriş yapamıyorsanız) silme talebinizi e-posta ile iletebilirsiniz:

Talebi hesabınızın kayıtlı e-posta adresinden göndermeniz gerekir; bu, talebin gerçekten hesap sahibinden geldiğini doğrulamamızı sağlar. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır ve işlem tamamlandığında size bilgi verilir.
Silinen veriler
Hesap silindiğinde aşağıdakiler kalıcı olarak silinir:
- Çalışma alanlarınız (dersler/projeler)
- Tüm görevleriniz
- Tüm çalışma oturumlarınız ve süre kayıtlarınız
- Uygulama içi bildirimleriniz
- Varsa destek kayıtlarınız
- Adınız ve profil bilgileriniz
- Cihazınızdaki yerel kopya (uygulama silme sırasında temizler)

Aynı e-posta ile yeniden kayıt olabilir misiniz? Evet. Silinen hesabın e-postasıyla yeni bir hesap açabilirsiniz; bu tamamen yeni ve boş bir hesap olur, eski verileriniz geri gelmez.
Aboneliğiniz varsa
Hesabı silmek mağaza aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Aboneliğinizi ayrıca Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarından iptal etmeniz gerekir.

Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your Stuxio account and its data at any time. There are two routes; both have the same result.
Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended, immediate)
- Open Stuxio and sign in to your account.
- Tap the settings (⚙) icon in the top bar.
- Tap the profile card at the top of the settings screen to open My Profile.
- In the Delete Account section at the bottom, tap Delete My Account.
- Read the warning and confirm.
Your account and content are deleted as soon as you confirm, and the app returns you to the sign-in screen. The action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot reach the app (for example you have uninstalled it or cannot sign in), you can request deletion by email:

Please send the request from the email address registered to the account so we can confirm it really comes from the account holder. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest and you are notified once done.
What is deleted
When the account is deleted, the following are removed permanently:
- Your workspaces (subjects/projects)
- All of your tasks
- All study sessions and time records
- Your in-app notifications
- Any support records
- Your name and profile details
- The local copy on your device (wiped by the app during deletion)
What is kept, and for how long

Can you sign up again with the same email? Yes. You can create a new account with the deleted account's email; it will be a completely new and empty account and your previous data will not return.
If you have a subscription
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. You must cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
